SHIPPING POLICY
Please consider that shipping charges are not included in the pricing.
Once you place your order in the shopping cart and add your delivery address, you will be able to view the shipping charge for it.
We ship to Canada except Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest territories. For deliveries to any of these territories or other destinations, please contact our Customer service by email to obtain shipping rates.
AbraCut reserves its right to choose the most economical and efficient way to deliver your order. If any of the items in your order is not available, order will be put on hold and you will be informed about the estimated delivery time.

Ground Shipping Canada: 3 to 10 Business days

We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET will be processed on the next business day. Occasionally we may run out of stock for some items of high demand. In this case, we will inform you that your order is on hold and will provide you with estimated date of shipping.
When your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking number.
Orders outside Canada
If you want to place an order and shipping destination is outside Canada, please contact support@abracut.com for special quote and shipping information. Please note if your purchase is for above $200.00 and delivery is outside Canada, it might be a subject to customs inspections, fees and duties. AbraCut is not responsible for any delays in deliveries in these situations. Any additional charges occurred in this regard should be covered by the recipient.
If your package arrives damaged please keep the original packaging material and contact us within 48 hours. For further information please contact our Customer Service.
